Repair Process

We are sorry to hear about your damaged aircraft.  To get your aircraft back in the sky as quick as possible, please complete the form below.  Once your drone arrives at our office, one of MTI Drones certified DJI Repair Technicians will immediately send the client upon arrival an email containing pictures with each piece of equipment received, as well as, spend 1 hour diagnosing your repair complimentary. Once this is complete, you will receive a written quote for what parts are necessary to perform the repair and allotted time required.

You will be required to sign and return this quote, as well as, prepay for any parts and labor required for the repair.  Our labor will be charged at a rate of $65/hour. If the client chooses not to have their repair performed, they will be responsible for the cost of return shipment.  

MTI Drones does not repair water damaged drones.  If your aircraft is discovered to have water damage upon arrival, the client will be responsible for return shipment. When preparing shipments, only include your aircraft, remote controller, propellers and copy of this form. (Do not include batteries)  I also acknowledge, that MTI Drones is not responsible for any additional damages or equipment delivered to our facility by client. An MTI Drones representative will send the client a confirmation email of completion including tracking number to return address, upon return shipment payment.  If the aircraft is left with an outstanding payment for more than 30 days, the client will be charged an additional $100 storage fee and becomes property of Mechanical Testing Inc.
